The cool, soft wetness awakens his senses as he glides beneath the water's surface.  The patient's legs are in their proper position, dangling in the pool's far end.  Under water, he can see nothing but the legs.  These are bare and firm and shapely. He approaches from below, then rises.  Gently cradling a smooth white foot in each hard, spiny claw, the legs separate and fall apart.  He breaks the water's surface, his face inches from her crotch. "Allow me to introduce myself," he says, the words gurgling through his clicking mandibles, "I am Doctor Harry Clamm, Marine Gynecologist."
