March 8, 2002 gettysburg undress A JC Penney ad in the newspaper caught my eye:  NATIONAL BRA FIT EVENT.  On closer examination, I learned this event was "going on now....  Nationwide!"  Imagine that.  A national day of recognition to honor those brave men and women in the underwear corps who dedicated themselves to the proposition that all tits have the inalienable right to sit comfortably in a support garment. Three score and seven years ago, our Fathers brought forth on this continent a new brassiere that it might "lift and separate."  Now we are engaged in a great war, testing whether that brassiere, which now lifts and congregates, can long endure.  It is altogether fitting and proper that bras should fit properly.  In this land where "8 out of 10 women are wearing the wrong bra size," we can do better.  Let one of our Certified Fit Specialists, with the last full measure of  devotion, "help you find the bras you'll love with the fit that will love you back!" That we here highly resolve that our tits shall have a new birth of freedom.  And that bra cups of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth.
