November 4, 2001 jerry An addict is a cartoon mouse. The lucky ones grab the cheese, avoid the trap and make it back to their holes with no one the wiser.  No harm, no foul.  The slightly less fortunate mouse lifts the cheese, but has his neck broken violently in the snapping trap.  He dies and everyone moves on.  The completely shit-out-of-luck mouse steals the cheese and dodges the trap.  But just before he finds refuge in his mouse-hole, the cat pins him by the tail.
